If you are a holiday home owner at Bryn Defaid Holiday Park, then you will be provided with complimentary access to the wealth of on-site facilities which are available at our sister park which is located just two miles up the road.

Facilities at Tan Rallt Holiday Park in Abergele include a restaurant, luxury spa and a fantastic gym complex which offers a wealth of equipment designed to cater for all kinds of training regiments. With treadmills, rowing machines, exercise bikes and weights, you will be left wanting for nothing at the Retreat Gym in Abergele.

You will enjoy complimentary access to one of the best gyms in Wales where you’ll be surrounded by many miles of inspiring Abergele countryside. There are plenty of parking spaces available at our resort, ensuring that you won’t have to pay any parking fees or spend time looking for a space close to our North Wales gym. 

Park Facilities at Tan Rallt

After a heavy workout session at the gym, you can then reward yourself by paying a visit to the luxury spa at Tan Rallt Holiday Park. Here you will enjoy complimentary use of our sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, in addition to the rest of our relaxing spa complex where you can simply chill out and feel a million miles away from the stresses that you have left at the door.

You can also treat yourself to a specialist spa treatment with one of our on-site therapists. Please do be aware though that these treatments are chargeable unlike the rest of the facilities at our spa. 

Tan Rallt even has its own restaurant which is open 5-9pm Monday, Thursday & Friday, 12-9pm on Saturdays and 12:30-6pm on Sundays. The Cliffs Bar & Restaurant has earned a reputation for exceptional quality, using fresh local ingredients to create sensational meals made up of the likes of burgers, pizzas, pies and a popular Sunday lunch option which is available with your choice of meat. Prior booking is strongly recommended here if you are to avoid the disappointment of missing out. 

Other Gyms in Conwy County

Our gym at Tan Rallt Holiday Park is available for free to any members of our holiday home owners community at Bryn Defaid Holiday Park.

However, if you are looking to train with a friend or fancy a change of scenery, then you will find that there are plenty of other spas in Conwy county to choose from. This includes the Colwyn Leisure Centre in Eirias Park where membership prices start from £38.50 per month. Alternatively, you can pay for a one off 60 minute gym session here for £7.25. 

Another option is the Bay Gym in the main town of Colwyn Bay. Monthly fees here start from £20 for women and £25 for men, with members provided with saunas and showers to use post workout.
